LESLEY C - 14th March 2025 LOVELY VILLA IN QUIET AREA = 4* Enjoyed our stay in villa, very well equipped kitchen, delightful pool area. Mafalda greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed, she even picked fresh lemons for us. Our weather was unusually cold and she made sure we had heaters to keep us warm and toasty downstairs hot air conditioning in all bedrooms. Lovely area with great restaurants.

LISA O'C - 11th August 2024 CHIC & CONFORTABLE VILLA = 5* Great base for exploring Vilamoura and the surrounds. The property was beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. The pool/terrace and BBQ areas were perfect for enjoying the fabulous Portuguese weather, wifi throughout and lots of TV channels. Mafalda was there to welcome us so check-in was seamless and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies arriving off a late flight.

Ben -group of golfers Brilliant Villa! We stayed for five days on a golf trip and the Villa was perfect! We were met on arrival by Managing Agent showed us around and gave a list of local supermarkets, the fridge had a few essential items already in it which was great for a quick snack on arrival! The outside area was perfect and the kitchen has everything you need, the front room has lots of seating and the TV having all international channels is great for if you decided to have a quiet evening! The Villa is near the Hilton hotel on a quiet residential street and only a 5 minute taxi to the marina or supermarkets which with local Uber is only about €4. I haven’t got a bad word to say about the Villa or the service and will be looking to book again!

The villa was excellent. very clean and very well maintained. The kitchen has everything and is very new and modern. The 3 bathrooms have also recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We were delighted with the welcome from a lovely lady called Margareda who showed us not only around the villa but also took me around the local town in her car to show me where the supermarket and shops etc were in relation to the villa. And we received the best 'welcome pack' we have ever had with eggs, milk, tea bags, bacon, butter, marmalade biscuits etc etc - fabulous! The owners were great to deal with and they have made every effort to make sure people enjoy their holiday and we really did. the pool is smashing and the local town has plenty of restaurants and really good supermarket. We had a great day on quad bikes at Quinta Quads and I would highly recommend you try this if you haven't already! many thanks again to the owners for making everything so welcoming. RoyHaving wifi and TV with all english channels and the film channel ALL FREE lots of games and books, its all covered, This villa is more than fully equipped. We have had a first class holiday in a first class villa I will definitely be going to Villa SASA again .... My booking is already in for next year. ***** 5 Star

If you are wanting a Villa for family or friends this is one for you. I highly recommend Villa SASA . It's in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the old village, 2 minutes from the Hilton hotel, it took us about 20 minutes to get to the Marina, (great beach), however if you don't want to walk the land train that runs around Vilamoura stops about 200 yards from the villa every half hour. We spent most of our time in the villa's private garden around the pool which is very clean and well looked after, the managing agent gave us our meet and greet she was extremely helpful. Arriving in the evening the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Tea, Coffee, even Wine and Cheese,and other things that lasted a few days the supermarket is in walking distance was soon found. We used the BBQ which was great. Outdoor furniture, beds tables and chairs 6 of them, is very well looked after (if only I had them at home) The interior of the villa is 5 star. There is not a thing they have not thought of. I was drinking my wine from Crystal glasses. Three bedrooms all with working aircon , clockradio, hair dryer, very comfortable new beds . Having wifi and TV with all english channels and the film channel ALL FREE lots of games and books, its all covered, This villa is more than fully equipped. We have had a first class holiday in a first class villa I will definitely be going to Villa SASA again .... My booking is already in for next year. ***** 5 Star

A home from home, ***** 5 Star Our second stay at this beautiful villa and we were even more comfortable - instantly felt 'at home'! The extension to the patio area by the pool is such a bonus and we spent many a happy hour using that facility! A most relaxing location and not too far to walk to local restaurants or even the marina and its shops. The welcome from Margarida is second to none and she is always at the end of the phone if you need her - not that we called her, but it is comforting to know that she is there if needed. We are already planning another visit in the not too distant future!

Fantastic trip away with family at a really fantastic villa. Despite some rain we managed to go for long walks in the sunshine every day and even braved a dip in the very chilly pool...can't wait to return and use the pool and BBQ area in warmer weather. Walking distance to Marina - amazing place for Afternoon tea with artisan French pastries and macaroons and a wonderful choice of tea that's not to be missed called Nougat tea'n plus restaurants and shops although we mainly cooked at the villa in the extremely well equipped kitchen. The villa itself was well taken care of with great original features and brand new bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone with 3 good size bedrooms. Stair gates were a must for us with a one year old so we were pleased to find these already in situ. Couldn't recommend it highly enough! In fact we've re-booked for June! 🙂

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa SASA for week in September 2014 and had an amazing time. The Villa was beautiful with large, well appointed rooms, a lovely garden/pool area and the location was perfect. A short walk in to the old town and around a 15 minute walk to the beach. I love to cook so was really pleased that the kitchen had everything that you could want. Little details like utensils etc were all well thought out. I will be staying here again in 2015 and would highly recommend it.

What a superb place! Felt at home as soon as we arrived. The villa is equipped with everything one could need to have a relaxing holiday. Beautifully and comfortably furnished and lots of space for the family to do 'their own thing' , which was key for us with the mix of adults, teenagers and pre-teens in the group! Meals were taken outside in the shade of the awning. And many happy hours were spent in the pool. Perfect. We took a few trips out to the marina, travelling in either by taxi or using the road train. The train stop was only a few minutes walk from the villa and the fares really reasonable. We could not ask for more and we all want to come back to this beautifully relaxing place again.

Perfect holiday destination that met the owners description 100%. The owners arranged our transport from airport and the meet and greet service was very welcome. Thanks and expect to return in the future.

This was our first trip to the lovely Villa SASA and won't be our last!! The owners seem to have thought of everything! The location of the villa is perfect; walking distance from a variety of different sized supermarkets and a slightly longer stroll into the town centre. The closer "old town" in Vilamoura also has a selection of good restaurants and bars. The layout and comfort of the villa is top-notch with the newly refurbished bathrooms a real stand out feature! We were travelling with a 13 month old and were very impressed that the owners offered us the use of a nice cot and high chair as well as the property having stairgates AND access to cable TV for CBeebies (other channels available!)!! The garden gets PLENTY of sun and the private pool is a very welcome cooling aid!! There is also a very useful BBQ area which got plenty of use during our short stay! Just to finally add, Margaida is more than helpful and informative about the property and the area. She offers a reassuring factor should anything not be as you expect on your stay. I hope everyone enjoys there stay as much as we did. Roll on 2016!!

I had a 1 week stay at the end of the school summer holidays. The villa is very well equiped and has all the home comforts you could ask for. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy, bathrooms are like new and the kitchen has everything a family could want. The location is a short walk from some resturants and shops. There is plenty of parking if you do hire a car. The pool while is just the right size for cooling off and the kids to play in, but does not really have a shallow section so you will need to keep an eye on non swimmers. There is a nice BBQ area. The only thing I thought was not up to the same standard as the rest of the villa was the grass area around the pool, but it has been a long hot summer and I suspect the villa has been in use a lot! I would be happy to book with the owners again as they are really helpful and kept in touch at all times, they made sure we had a good holiday and i would be happy to return to the villa again. PS. Great selection of films for a few hours slobbing out in front of the TV when everyone just wants to do nothing!
